She has business experience, networks and interests in medical devices, consumables, and biopharmaceutical raw materials and has conducted business in China, United States, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Europe, Middle East, NewZealand, Australia and Oceania.
Her primary fields of activity comprise connecting medical manufacturing capabilities with worldwide healthcare markets. Smart agricultural technologies and green energy solutions, with a strong focus on long-term innovation,sustainability, and cross-industry integration. She previously founded and managed a children’s English education institution. She was Vice General Manager at Malaysia BioMax, where she led factory establishment, production system development, and international trade operations contributing to the company’s successful industrial growth and international listing. Mickey Gan began her executive management career at Caterpillar’s Guangzhou branch as a sales manager, focusing on sales growth, customer development, and team leadership.
